I picked up Rae and Christian/ Sleepwalking not too long ago and LOVE IT!
The day I bought it mail order I read a post from someone who wasn't too
thrilled so I was on the border of disappointment until I had a listen..just
goes to show everyones tastes are different. I heard that At Jazz remix of
Not Just Anybody on KCRW last week and had to pull over-it's just awesome.
I tried to look up some info on Kate Rogers and all I could come up with is
that she's Mark Rae's cousin?? I had also never heard Tania Maria before
(very, very nice).
Anyway, I have become more interested in Hip Hop (and know nothing about it)
since this album and am interested in checking out some of your
picks--thanks! I've been totally baffled at the Hip Hop section in the
local record store.
