Thanks to all who recommended Blue States' "Nothing Changes under the Sun."
An incredible CD, though a bit more atmospheric than I had anticipated.

    Hmm!!! Did someone mention "Atmospheric!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Brother Lee Sartori asked me about this one!!!! Hmm!!! Brother Stimp what is
the word on Blue States? I have been out of the loop lately. Dark and
Atmospheric is just what I like!!!!! Sounds like I need to go shopping after
    work.

I also ran across the self-titled by a Danish trip-hop group named Blue
Foundation. Kind of reminds me of Aim's "Cold Water Music" in the balance of
rap, funk, and other vocals, but perhaps a bit more trippy and a little
dark. Does anyone know anything more about them? And all the talk about 70's
chillout got me listening to Brand X's "Do They Hurt?" Anyone who hasn't
heard it, it's worth the hunt.

Yeah!!! and I have been listening to Al Di Meola and Terje Rypdal and
associated things from the 70's that did not suck!!!!! Wasn't Allan
Holdsworth in Brand X? I know he was UK but I was also thinking he was in
Brand X or was that Phil Collins, but I know Holdsworth was in some other
band back then. There was this other guitarist back then or maybe it was
the mid 80's that was good to go, Bill Connors?

The track "Cambodia" blows me away. I can see so many reflections of their
styles in more current releases. DMvB

Sounds like I need to go shopping again!!!

    Semper Motociclismo,

    Pace'
