It's a Milton Nascimento song, from his brilliant _Milagre dos
Peixes_ album. Haven't heard it, but there's a "Friends from Rio"
version (w/a Da Lata mix-- this isn't just another name for the Kerri
& Joe version, is it?), and it's been covered by some Brazilians,
    naturally (Wilson Simonal, Turminha Peralta).

Incidentally, it should be "Os Escravos do Jo" (Jo's Slaves). And
what the hell's w/the "Written & Produced by Kerri Chandler & Joaquin
'Joe' Claussel"?? That's pretty fucked up. Think I'll call Milton's
lawyers. Oh yeah, & his version kicks theirs to the curb, naturally,
even though you wish it were longer....
