    Modaji's 'Outboard Jeopardy' is widely considered as one of the originals,
    which makes the whole 'genre' only three and a half years old! I think it
    started due to a meeting of great minds who were thinking alike, bouncing
    off each other, but in no way following a formula. The best is yet to come
    IMHO.
