I've been on this list for years now, but rarely contributing...
and i missed Elson when he was in HK.
I quite agree that the music scene in HK is not that good, but I blame it on
the lack of small and medium sized venues that could welcome AJ-related DJs.
I play music almost every week in a small bar and week-in week-out, people
come to me and thank me for playing the likes of Nittin Sawney and other
underground acts (then i am also flooded by requests for that kylie Minogue
song)
