Hi Guys!
yes, i got possibility to test the final scratch system 2 month ago for 2
weeks, a friend of mine got it while beta phase...
it REALLY works exactly as we all know it from djing with vinyl, i didnīt
want to believe it before...
4 important things:
use mp3īs with a bitrate of at least 160, better 192 kbit
test all of them before u use it in a club if they run on final scratch - my
test involved 600 mp3īs, running on winamp perfectly, but 4 (!) of them
didnīt run on final scratch, please donīt ask why, i didnīt find out
usable only in clubs etc. where the dj - systems are open to reach, in clubs
with systems integrated in a table no chance to install final scratch
never forget you are working with digital files on ms products :-( - so be
aware of a blue screen (even if it happens not often) and prepare some real
vinyl to react if the notebook crashes...
but:
i highly recommand the system, vinyl feeling on digital advantages...
peace & passion
