I would have to agree with you about the Mackies, I have been using them
this holiday season for most of my gigs, even as monitors when there is a
big system! These are some good sounding speakers and the fact that there
is no need to haul an amp as well makes a difference but they really SOUND
good, nice clear tone and they are pretty powerful as well!
