('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) > I'm also taking great pleasure in making peope with cell phones run for the door when i'm toying with the volume...

    hilarious....!

I know, this has nothing to do w/ music... but it really is (on the net) one of the greatest things i've ever found... from out of nowhere, this shot of nostalgia.

remember that old star wars game you used to play in the arcades back in 1983, you know, the talking one w/ the green lines, lasers, death star.. well, i found it...

these files are really tiny... download em and try it out...

    (this is the player)

unzip this file into it's own directory... when you unzip it, it will create several subdirectories... one of the directories will be called "roms"...

    (this is the game)

    http://www.isd.net/mame/downloads/starwars.zip

this is important: don't unzip "starwars.zip" -- just save it to the rom directory... the program unzips the files when you play the game....

run the program... under the "games" tab, scroll down to "starwars" and double click on it... it should work..

if you've figured it all out, here's another one...

    http://download.datainternet.com/arcade/roms/mspacman.zip

100 more arcade games available here:

    http://download.datainternet.com/arcade/roms/

some work, some don't... it's real screwy and I'm still trying to figure all this out...

    enjoy!
