    Yeah, Essential is right, it has been something of a dry spell for proper
    2-step tunes. But I guess that's what happens each time a genre gets popular
    (it's been very big in the UK, dunno 'bout US + other countries).
    Overproduction and a tendency to take a dive in the mainstream quickly
    become a temptation too great to withstand...Not that all the established
    artist are selling their soul, but new "pop" acts steal the scene, examples
    well provided by Essential (I just checked the So Solid Crew and
    disappointment was blatant).

    OK, no more whining...as with every genre, there are always gems to be
    found, although you have to search harder sometimes.

    Essential. Don't miss out on the new MJ Cole rmx of the Elisabeth Troy track
    "Forever young", it's out on Botchit&Scarper. And it is a bomb, definetly my
    track 4 the summer. This will bring back hope...
