Okay, here goes...I hope to get a lot of response to this, so feel free
to direct them to me, or back to the list.

I am getting married on 05/16 in Maui. This
    (http://www.mauiwedding.net/apdw-java-gallery/W/images/w-photo11.jpg )
is obviously not us, but this is a sample of the photographers work and
the actual spot where it will take place.

Our reception will be on 07/11 (insert 7-11 joke) at this
    http://www2.thebob.com/banquetsandcatering/panoramics/dining.shtml
    place.

Given my taste in music a "wedding dj" is totally out of the question,
and the one band who was acceptable, won't do a "wedding" for what I
want to pay them. So I am thinking of compiling some great music,
arranging and timing them to match the evenings events and tempo and
then mixing them (either via final scratch as mp3s or some other mp3
mixing utility), burning then to cd, and just plugging the music in.

My question is, what to play? It needs to be good music but appealing &
relatable to an older un-educated crowd (relatives & family). Shoot me
your lists.....and I thank you for all your help, this could be really
daunting trying to fill that much time of music myself.
