I'm sorry to have to report this news.
It comes from our friend John "Sly" Wilson of Sly, Slick and Wicked", who was a good friend
of Barry White and co-produced several LP's with him
John just called me to report the news....
I know that some of you here were friends of Barry White.
John will fill us in with more later....
Hank Ballard died in Feb
Edwin Starr & Cholly Adkins died in April
Nina Simone died in May
Herbie Mann died on Tuesday
And now today Barry White...
We are losing our people at the rate of one/month now folks.
