Lots of great of great parties coming up in the next few weeks. First
of all, Movement is happening on Friday May 30th at Roxy Blu. Join Nav,
Aki John Kong and myself for the usual fusion of sounds that you’ve come
to know and love! On Saturday June 7th, join DJ Stuart an myself for
“Soul Night!” at Fressen (478 Queen Street West). Join us for a night
of all types of soul from past to present. Really looking forward to
this one. Finally, the much anticipated return of Footprints happens on
June 28th at the Rivoli(332 Queen St West) with DJ Stuart, Jon Sikich
and myself. The vibe as always will be heavy jazz, funk and latin, and
we’ll be celebrating the launch of highergroundradio.com! On the weekly
front, don’t forget the Higher Ground Sessions every Wednesday night at
Alto Basso(718 College St) with myself and DJ Stuart. Until next week,
keep your feet firmly planted on that Higher Ground! JP
