    Hi List,

No blatant attempt at pushing anything your way

    BUT ...............

.... if you have not heard The Detroit experiment on
RopeADope, I suggest you listen to the stream of
    the album at http://www.ropeadope.com

I am seriously feeling this album and hail it
as one of the best releases this year.

It is seriously heavy and jazzy and embracing
past and present with three generations of musicians.

    *Pheew* - its hot :-)

On a cooler note I do WANT to feel the Matthew Herbert
bigband , but it is not at all blowing me away as I
    hoped it would.
After all he is a big hero of mine wheter he is Herbert,
Radioboy, Dr Rockit or Wishmountain (? is he also - hmm )

And oh.. Truby Trio; Elevator music is very nice and
recommendable. In many ways as expected, dancefloor jazzy,
    nothing harmfull, soulful and enjoyable.

    Well .. comments appreciated

    Walker
