A few of the tracks have also been appearing on a few compilations. I agree
it is an excellent album and something that was different from the Bebel's,
Particia Marx's and even Cibelle's (which of course appeared about a year
later). Even so I've had it for the past 18 months or so and it got a write
up in Straight No Chaser some time back.

This has gotten much play elsewhere, but is now almost two years old, which
may be why you're not hearing anything on it. That said, it is some lovely
bossa nova with stellar production by the man Nicola Conte. What sets it
apart from Patricia Marx (who I still much prefer as it happens), Fernanda
Porto, Bebel, et. al., is the giddy, organic-in-feel use of Brazilian and
prime jazz samples, almost in the mode of the first United Future Org
records.
