if you want to see hiphop live see the roots, out of philadelphia...all
live instrumentation -- drums, bass, keys, rahzel the godfather of noize
(beatbox), plus mad freestyle skills. the highlight of their show is
"hiphop 101," feat. the breaks of yesteryear. the drummer, brother
? (pka ?love) knows like, several hundred break beats. damn impressive,
and even finer than their considerable recordings. check 'em out if you
get the chance. i think right now they are on the smokin' grooves
tour...c.
