Hi, I was wondering about the DJing ability of Gilles Peterson. I've
noticed his contributions throughout acid jazz mainly in production, but
I'm starting to notice his ability as a DJ getting recognized. He was
voted in the top 100 djs of the UK magazine's 1999 reader's poll. I also
noticed him listed as a 'garage' dj. So what exactly are his styles of
djing? Is it 2-step, acidjazz, funk, trip-hop, or all the above? Would he
be someone to go out of your way to see? Does he have mix CDs?

Btw, if he was a 2 step garage DJ I would be very interested. My interests
in 2 step garage has increased recently and I would like to hear more and
see more of it. Problem is I'm living in Texas where 2 step is a little
hard and limited to find, especially vinyl. Anyone have or know of a US
representation of 2 step? I have found a few DJs here and there, but I
would love to find US produced 2 step.
