CDDB does let you submit track lists - it really depends on whether the
software you're using lets you do it. I submit track lists fairly often. For
instance, I did Da Lata's "Songs From The Tin" this morning, and the
"People... Make The World Go Round" compilation last week (just to get us
back on topic :-))
