    I don't agree with that. Change doesn't happen without any effort.
    While you're still there, do this:

    1. Meet DJ Essential.
    2. Meet other like-minded people (or related...you might need to cull together
    hip-hoppers, ravers, etc)
    3. Plan out some events
    4. Put in lots of publicity.
    5. Put in LOTS of publicity.
    6. Put in lots of PUBLICITY.
    7. Add some more publicity. Who knows, you guys might leave a legacy.
