Actually she isn't (it's a huge urban legend in the Filipino community
spread by misinterpretation (Nas saying that she was) and rumor (let's just
say Filipinos adapted their own form of Hispanic "chisme"), her family is
West Indian - Trinidadian to be specific ...she even cleared it up in a
recent interview...I'm Filipino myself, so these things show up on my radar
screen...)
