    I'm part Filipino, and that didn't show up on my screen. Must have been all this malasadas, gau gee min, and lau lau in my blood stream. (bad attempt at sarcasm)

    Seriously, I think that is interesting, since in early interviews the writers always said she was, but she never bothered to clear it up until now. Oh well.

    On a completely different topic, I got the new album from Sheila Chandra and really liked it. I know she doesn't fit the "acid jazz" category, but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for her other albums?
