What do you get when growing up down the street from another boy named Peter Kruder? I have seen Hunter's name here and there, mostly in the days when the dub sound of Vienna was huge. Now, Rodney has his second album out. It turns out it is absolutely great!

You can hear traces of the K&D sound on the album. Some tracks have a beat that is repeated over and over, with tiny variations and echo effects. The mix of soul and funk is like a DJ-set on its own. The "definition part 2 feat. l´enfant terrible" is a nice example - nothing really happens, the beats rolls on, smoke gets in the eye, more beats, a break, heads nod. Vienna is back!
