I like Lana Del Rey's new album. I guess it is about americana, a promised land, life & dreams and the recent troubles, but the references are too complicated to me. The best songs are like cinematic pieces, of something important that I don't quite get.
The highlight for me is DRAM - big vocals and a slow groove. Drums by Red Hot Chili Pepper's Chad Smith btw.
There are a couple of nice acousticvideos with Mae Muller, worth checking out.
Seems like BNH is alive again, new album, lots of guest vocals (Siedah is perhaps my all-time favourite singer in BNH).
New sounds from London Elektricity is always something to look forward to. Quality D&B.
