A long list. I more or less scanned through my comps of the year and picked the songs I still enjoy listening to. Every year you feel so unsure about the selection. Later when you see the pro's lists (like, Gilles') you always realize you have no clue. As always, I enjoyed browsing through Pitchfork's top 100 but didn't really find any surprises, like I normally do. A year with less new names or just a not as good selection?

The list is pretty honest, meaning these are probably close to my most played tracks. There is a bias towards tracks released late in the year. Some of the songs have really good videos, see end of this post.
